1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BatchBrain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2 Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3 Subscription Plans & Payments

BatchBrain offers the following subscription tiers:

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4 User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post on the Platform. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security

4.1 Content Moderation Policy

• All user-generated content is subject to review and moderation
• We use automated content filtering to detect and prevent objectionable content
• Users can report objectionable content using the "Report" button (flag icon) available on every post, comment, and chat message
• Users can block any abusive user, which immediately removes their content from your feed and automatically flags it for moderation review
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
• Accounts with repeated violations (3+ flags) will be permanently deactivated

4.2 Blocking and Reporting

• Blocking: Block another user from their post's three-dot menu, chat message, or chat room header. Blocking instantly removes their content from your view and creates automatic flags for moderation review.
• Reporting: Report any content that violates these terms using the Report button. Select the appropriate reason (harassment, hate speech, spam, inappropriate content, violence, self-harm, or other) and optionally provide additional details.
• Managing Blocked Users: View and unblock users from Settings in the "Blocked Users" tab.

4.3 Prohibited Content Categories

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment & Bullying: Content intended to intimidate, threaten, or humiliate others
• Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred or violence against protected groups
• Spam: Unsolicited promotions, repetitive content, or deceptive material
• Inappropriate Content: Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or content promoting self-harm
• Misinformation: Deliberately false or misleading information
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity

5 Intellectual Property

• Platform Content: BatchBrain owns all platform code, design, and proprietary technology
• User Content: You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us license to display and distribute it on the Platform
• Course Content: Instructors own their course materials but grant BatchBrain distribution rights
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is licensed for your professional use

6 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Free trials are available for paid plans (7–14 days depending on tier)
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues
• Annual subscriptions offer 17% savings and are non-refundable after 30 days

7 AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI Brain and custom chatbots provide career guidance and mentorship. However:

• AI responses are generated based on patterns and should not be considered professional legal, financial, or medical advice
• You are responsible for verifying critical information with qualified professionals
• We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy

8 AI-Generated Content Responsibility

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI-generated content, please be aware that:

• BatchBrain is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• You assume full responsibility for how you use, interpret, or act upon AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should be verified with qualified professionals before making important decisions
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content meets specific standards of quality or accuracy
• Users are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from their reliance on AI-generated content

9 Limitation of Liability

BatchBrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
